I have been #MIA on my blog for a month now. In my last blog, I shared that we just moved into our new home. It was a restless couple of weeks for us, especially for me, because I had to deal with five children (two boys and three dogs), while Sean is working. Many times, I felt like pulling my hair off while continuing unboxing our stuff. Who doesn’t feel like doing it when you are doing a lot, and you are super tired? Well, I survived every day without pulling my hair off, and I’m grateful for it.
Three weeks later, after we moved into our new home, Sean and I tied the knot! And because of the #pandemic, we decided to have a quick wedding ceremony with only a few family members and Sean’s best friend, but it was beautiful with a little bit of comedy (my little one decided to use the restroom during the ceremony, so we had to wait for him. Lol! It was a beautiful day – a very special day, indeed!
We are living in this beautiful home for a month and a couple of days now. Wow, time flies! It feels like we just moved in here a few days ago. Peaceful area. Friendly neighbors. We are witnessing the sunsets right from our living room. Fresh air and seeing deers in the backyard too! This place is perfect. This house is ours and our forever home! So grateful for everything God has given us. Thankful for the challenges, and so grateful for the blessings as well ♥♥♥.
We are moving out of state soon. Yes, I have mixed emotions. I am so excited that Sean and I are finally settling down and be in our dream home with the boys. I am also sad to leave my really-really good friends here in Louisiana, who are my family and so dear to me. I’m so thankful to have found beautiful people who believe in me and the best in me. I will cherish them and their friendships as long as I live.
A brand new start in a new place is making me feel quite nervous; however, it is the right time to start a new beginning. I am so happy to start this new journey with Sean and the boys.♥♥♥
Hello everyone, what are you up to today? It’s a chilly Sunday morning, and I’m a little congested. It’s 44 degrees outside right now, but it feels like 36 degrees. Today, we decided to stay home, relax, and have a cup of hot cocoa. I love hot cocoa! I mean, who doesn’t?
Also, today I’ am going to share the new eyeshadow tutorial that I filmed a few days ago. In this video, I’m using my eyeshadow palette from #LoracCosmetics (Lorac Mega Pro 4).

Gosh, this is my most favorite eyeshadow palette so far. I love how pigmented and vibrant the shades are. They’re gorgeous!♥ You can check the product details on the description area below the video, and on the video screen itself. I hope you will like this video. If you do, don’t forget to give it a thumbs up and subscribe. Thank you all for stopping by and supporting my blog. Have a beautiful Sunday to all!
We were speechifying this morning whether we should go to the Boardwalk in Shreveport, eat at Joe’s Crab Shack, or have lunch and take the boys somewhere closer. Maybe, if the weather were a little warmer, it would have been a big yes going to Shreveport. But with this nasty and windy weather, kids don’t enjoy much (I know them very well, lol ). So, we decided to go to the mall and get some food first before heading to Tilt Studio. Of course, when they heard that we are taking them to Tilt Studio, they couldn’t wait for long, hahaha. We want them to have fun, plus they love this place (Tilt Studio) very much! Seeing them having fun and enjoying every moment of it is everything for us. We had a perfect Saturday!
Good Wednesday morning, everyone! How’s your Wednesday morning going so far? This morning, I’m thankful I rechecked my work schedule. Somehow, I kept thinking that I have to work this morning, but when I rechecked my schedule, I was like, “oh gosh, I’m closing again.” However, that’s what we call #itslife ☺
At this moment, right now, I am just going to enjoy another Siopao that I bought from my friend (Steam Bun with Pork Filling) to go with my morning coffee. I bought one dozen of it, and if you’re an Asian like me, a dozen steam bun really won’t last long, hehe. Shoutout to my friend, Helen. She did a great job! I will definitely buy SIOPAO from her again ☺.
Hello everyone! How are you doing? I have been #MIA (missing in action) for a while due to so many things. Being a working mom is not easy. I’m sure all working moms out there can relate to this. Being a working mom, you seldom have time for yourself. Everything you do, you do it for your family and for your children (if you have any). And when you have supposedly “time for yourself,” well, you will still be doing stuff for your family. Anyway, it’s the reality of life, and I’m not complaining.
Anyway, I’m more grateful to God for everything that is happening in my life right now. It is very accurate; everything happens for a reason. So, I might be a very busy “working” mom, that’s because I have a dream. A dream not only for myself but for my children and their future, and also for everyone I love. And now, I’m back! Having my family as my inspiration, I’m so ready to face this new chapter in my life with a more positive attitude. Also, you’ll be seeing me blogging more often this time around, hahaha. I can’t wait to share you so many things that I always thought of sharing but didn’t because of doubt. See? #DOUBT kills your dream. Don’t let doubt stop you from achieving your goal. Be a go-getter!
Hi everyone, how’s your Friday so far? I hope you are doing well! Mother’s day is Sunday. To all moms including myself, HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY TO US! I’m a mom of two little boys and they are my precious gifts from God. They are the reason why I stayed strong despite all the motherhood trials. I’m so grateful to God for having them in my life.
Anyway, for this post I would like to share three of my new favorites for this week.
It’s Spring season, however, it doesn’t feel like it. It’s been raining for days and it’s really nasty outside. Even my furry baby (my dog) doesn’t wanna go out. So, for days I’m back to wearing sweaters. Just the lighter ones, not those thick sweaters. This knit sweater I am wearing below is just perfect!
I don’t know why, but I get to feeling cold too quick, especially in this kind of weather. I’m from a tropical country (Philippines) and I love to feel cozy all the time. Who doesn’t want to feel cozy anyway? Right? Spring is not my favorite season at all. When it’s not raining during Spring, I will be so miserable because of my allergies, and I can’t stay outside longer because of the pollen. Thankfully, the rain helps reduce my allergies to pollen. On the other hand, when it’s raining, I can’t wear t-shirts because I always feel cold too quick. Hmm, what should I do? Can anybody relate to this?
About this sweater? I got this from Belk like a year ago. I love this sweater so much. Honestly, this is my most favorite and comfortable knit sweater ever! Also, I only paid under $10.00 for this including tax.
